Initial Feedback

We presented our summer research and work in the form of a presentation to a small group. After this we gave and received feedback from our peers.

My feedback:

• The research has been very extensive with lots of facts and figures researched, which has bought value in quantitative terms of information to work with. 
• The themes were presented from two of Shakespeare's plays and I also had explored cultural and historical reference points that had arisen through research such as the significance of costumes during Shakespeare's time. 
• The research has lead into visual thinking explored in my sketchbook and I showed examples of recent work and photography that inspires me to take a modern take on Shakespeares work - talking about how his work filters down into society today; or to take a more fashion illustrated take on the costumes and characters. (This is something to be explored more.)
